This series is on the fast track to being one of my favorites with large amounts of potential to come.
A greater emphasis on character development that leads to very compelling story telling.

Interesting idea. Good execution.

Not everything the book does hits. But just like the first time its interesting to see things from a trees perspective. Lots of fun ideas, rather good price considering the length and quality of the book.

Bit of an audio mismatch at the start and one or two stumbles, but love this story and look forward to more.

Somehow, this is every bit as good as the first book. I can't tell you how happy I was with this sequel. It has a great balance to it with plenty of action and character growth. I think if I had one small complaint it would be that I'd like better descriptions of the environment. Sometimes I found it difficult to visualize the scale and layout of this world in general, and Red Vine Peak specifically. Other than that, two thumbs up.

I love this series but I wish man guy was little better at combat

I love the series. It’s very interesting and chaotic but very good. My only thing I don’t like is how the main character basically just sucks and combat. I know his role isn’t supposed to be combat related, but he still sucks.

Very well written story and good narration!

I like this book even more than the first! The story probably is one of those never ending series but it feels like there is much thought and carefully put out arcs all around. We get introduced to a few more characters and the fun part is that they arent just thrown in. It´s done with some friction and heat, just love it when its a story behind.

The mc takes the role of the nice guy/tree and the others fill different roles perfectly. Especially the scottish sounding enormous spider Larry, he makes me smile as he is the perfect pet.

The book is almost 25h, this says something about our writer as he could easily have split this book in many other for, i dunno, profit or something. It´s absolutely worth 1 credit, go get it today!
