Very interesting book
The chapter about being your own worst enemy really resonated with me. I constantly feel like I talk down to myself so that what others say won’t affect me. It really hit home.

Amazing book!
I absolutely love this book! It’s perfect for those who feel like they’re just going through the motions and want to discover what truly brings them happiness and fulfillment. The book really makes you stop and think about what truly matters in life. It challenges you to question your everyday habits, relationships, and goals.
