The narrator did an excellent job, her voice was soothing and clear. This book is confirming and informative. A little triggering but essential for recovery. For me, this book was helpful and life changing.

Narcissistic Mother
I learned that to an extent my mother was a narcissist. She had very poor boundaries with me and my sister. I, to a certain extent, have displayed narcissistic behavior with my two youngest boys. For that I'll be forever sorry.

Love this book
It’s a great book. Very informative. This is the beginning for me. I’ve recently realized that I grew up with one, so coming to reality with certain things is going to take some time, but this book explains it very well. I had a lot of aha moments.
