Loved it. Great ideas
One of the greatest insights I got from this book:
You have 168 hours in a week. Even if you work 50 hour work weeks and sleep 8 hours every night, you still have 62 hours you can juggle to spend however you see fit.
This really inspired me to use my time better and feel better as a new working mom. That you can, in fact, have a balanced life.
