Captivating

This book is LONG. It's also very captivating and keeps you on your toes the whole way through. I generally like my stories to be a little more twisted than this, but it's a great listen if you're interested in murders/haunted houses/psychotic breaks.
The narrator is clearly experienced and delivers a quality performance.

Unexpected find

This book was amazing it was recommended from a friend it did not disappoint. Highly recommend anyone to take a listen.

Page Turner

I was hooked on this story from the beginning. I laughed in many parts of the book. The narration did not skip a beat. Her voice was consistent with the characters throughout the whole story. However, I thought the conclusion was a little too long for me. Overall, it was exceptionally well written.

Tense As All Getout!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The story was very tense and, at times, creepy AF. At times, I felt it was a bit disjointed and didn't know if it wanted to be a haunting story or a murder mystery. Turns out, no spoilers, it was both!

The reader of this thriller was spot on and the story was mind blowing perfect !

Excellent debut Horror Read!

Theme Music by T. Marie Vandelly started with a bang and kept me engaged throughout. Horror books aren't usually at the top of my reading list but this one was good. 

The fact that the story was inspired by real events I found fascinating. 


Part horror, part ghost story & part mystery, this debut novel was very well written by T. Marie Vandelly. 


I listened to the audio version. Sarah Mollo-Christensen did an excellent job as narrator. 


Trigger Warnings: This book is very graphic and describes extreme violence. 


Although I found the pacing a bit slow at times, overall T. Marie Vandelly pulls it together and knocks it out of the park. 

Horror Crime

Overall good book. Kept me intrigued. I think there were parts that could have been more realistic. But overall a good read.

It kept me guessing

It was a very interesting story that was pretty fast paced, and the characters are very memorable. I love the Northern Virginia location, and the fact that the conversations were realistic. Can’t wait to her next endeavor. I’m a fan!

Why isn’t everyone talking about THIS

One of the most fun and unexpected books I’ve stumbled across in a long time. Feels a little haunted house, ghost story, mental illness, family life and police procedural all in one.

Stick with it….

Ignore the somewhat negative reviews and keep listening…it’s a great detailed story. It’s worth your time.
