A comforting prayer meditation for loved ones

Loving the one most important to me. Healing me.
this meditation helps me give my love to my ex girlfriend in a wonderful way...that I am looking after her, loving and protecting her from afar. Wishing health, happiness, and safety for her... and healing for me.

This is not a prayer
The title is misleading. It is a guided meditation to help you focus on the person you are worrying about. There is no petition of prayer in this mediation. It is instead a guided visualization of a virtual heart to heart “ connection” with that person. If you are looking for a guided prayer, this is not it.
