After a short intro, the sound goes away and you meditate in silence. A bell 🔔 gently chimes when it's over. Elena's voice soothes and her insights welcome the contemplative 🤔 state.

Such a pleasure to listen too
Elena is an exceptional meditation and yoga teacher, her calm presence and gentle guidance are now an essential part of my life. The meditation sessions in this book are transformative in my experience. I am always looking forward to her meditation practices.
While there other great teachers, I have come to realize that Elena is the only one that speaks to me, and I don't need to look elsewhere for an inspiration. I sincerely hope that she will create more works like this.
