Publisher's summary

Multiverse Z came knocking, snatching all the humans from Earth to integrate with their game-like realms of magic.

No warning. No tutorial. It's an instant transition where eighteen-year-old Joey Eclipse is thrust from his relaxing night playing video games to a stone room with two doors. There's nobody but him.

The system messages asking some cryptic questions:

[Adventurer or Commoner?]

[Greatness or Steadiness?]

And more.

Joey made his choices, choosing the path of a Great Adventurer, a limited and special category. A unique profile is designed for him. A new realm with endless possibilities and vicious monsters awaits him. The perfect environment to test his powerful spells and many skills and grow within the multiverse system. Despite the challenges from these drastic changes, Joey can't help but smile.

He's excited to ascend the realms of Multiverse Z.

Join Joey on a new apocalypse initialization where humans from his old world are integrated into a game-like universe filled with multiple realms with various fantasy themes. In this LitRPG are levels, stats, skills, spells, achievement hunts, and a main character who's more action-orientated and a bit ruthless when facing PVP or PVE events.

Story not bad, narration is terrible

The story doesn't seem too bad. But the narration is absolutely awful. Very hard to get into with the monotone and dry narration.

decent litrpg

There is nothing to rant and rave about the book. It’s solid and worth a cred. The MC isn’t lame or cheeky he just wants to be great and grind. I can get with that.

not great but not bad it's okay

Joey (MC) is likable at first but get annoying as the book goes on and the world system the book has i feel like could be gone through in more depth and detail.

The build up!

Starts slow and the actors voice is very stable.
But it gets better until you’re thinking YES!!! DOMINATE!!!

Possibly My New Fav

I dare say it’s unseated He Who Fights With Monsters as my favorite LitRPG - which is no small feat. Loving it so far and can’t wait to read the next one.

Great MC

Writing was great. The performer did a great job narrating characters. I only 4 starred because there were a a few, and I mean like maybe once or twice tops, when the narrative was a bit confusing. But the writing by hunter mythos made me buy extra credits and get the next book in the series. Even though I get credits through the subscription. No actually I’m going to give the performance 5 stars because even though there was those hiccups he did an amazing job.

How the eff...?

How does a level 1 have the stats to move his -anything faster than a level 10 can process? why are all of the creatures and characters that the main character meets so weak at such high levels? why does a rogue not require sneaking or stealth of any kind? why is a rogue a front line fighter with magic that lets him clone himself several times with each clone being able to breath dragon fire?
I think I'm really just stuck on the character being a rogue and getting to choose his racial and elemental attunements as though not everyone would pick an elemental dragon or Phoenix if given half a chance. and why does a rogue have extreme luck?
the performance is okay, though the main character and the kraken who accompany him sound like the same person talking to himself. the rest of the characters are different enough that it comes out well enough.
I guess I'm just not impressed.
