Stress levels are at an all-time high—so much so that a recently convened panel of medical experts in the US has recommended that all adults under the age of 65 be screened for anxiety. In How to Release Anxiety, Gabby Bernstein offers simple, actionable steps for feeling better, living with more ease, and showing up for those around us. Gabby’s unusual advice: Rather than manage your anxiety, what if you befriended it? Gabby posits that what we befriend, we can ultimately be at ease with. So she invites us to get curious.

Story
The latest groundbreaking tome from Tim Ferriss, the number-one New York Times best-selling author of The 4-Hour Workweek. For the last two years, I've interviewed more than 200 world-class performers for my podcast, The Tim Ferriss Show. The guests range from super celebs (Jamie Foxx, Arnold Schwarzenegger, etc.) and athletes (icons of powerlifting, gymnastics, surfing, etc.) to legendary Special Operations commanders and black-market biochemists. For most of my guests, it’s the first time they’ve agreed to a two-to-three-hour interview.

Great Insight for ADHD Women
As a woman who wasn't officially diagnosed with A.D.D. (Not ADHD) in my forties, I can appreciate the similarities between the two disorders, and this audio book lays out perfectly the signs, struggles, and lack of sufficient tools (aside from medication) which can help. I remember as a child, one of four, my mother always chastising me saying, "You never finish anything you start." It was indeed the truth, and given the fact that as an adult in the workplace, I often struggled to complete projects on time without a ton of stress. This book offers solutions, tools, and even diet tips in order to diminish the effects of ADHD.
