Simple advice that just makes sense

I stumbled across this podcast accidentally, and decided to give it a listen. I am SO glad I did. It was exactly what I needed at the exact right time. I have listened to all episodes twice, and have downloaded the workbook. I have also shared it with friends and family who I think would benefit from it. The advice is kind of obvious, in a good way, but sometimes you need to hear it from someone else, and really put the words into practice. Thank you Dominique!

Useful tips and realistic ways of using them

I enjoyed each episode and made a ton of bookmarks. I am ( but trying to stop) a person that focuses on goals and beats myself up when I don’t reach them by a certain timeframe. I hope to use the episodes and the free workbook along with some other workbooks about anxiety to help relieve me of the pressures I put on myself. To form a healthier way to live my best life.

Most Inspirational Self-Help Book I've Read

The 7 Step Mindset Makeover has honestly been the most inspirational book I've read/listened to in years. I've listened to dozens of audible books and most don't speak to me. Some are too detailed, some are too theoretical, and some just make things complicated. This book breaks things down into simple steps and puts things in a no-fuss way. I've heard many of the ideas before, like SMART goals and boundaries. I've even been in support groups for those subjects. But what sets this book apart is that Domonique explains them in a simple way that makes taking action on them easy.

Clear and straight to the point guidance.

Nice 20-minute episodes with a lot of useful information without going round and round.
Each episode was thoroughly thought and executed to be concise and guide us with such a complete but easy to understand language.

great concepts

great concepts, helped a little but not super life transforming. I would recommend the 7 habits of highly effective people if that's what you're looking for but this is a good step in any direction to better yourself

I am a Coordinator of some truly amazing people in a VERY stressful field. I always try to find tools for them to connect with them selves as they are all so wonderful :) In my review of this podcast and workbook for them, I found it speaking to ME! I tend to over volunteer myself then have little time for me. Last week I found my "no". I can't thank you enough for the wonderful podcast! I have a long commute and found that having you talking me to work was like having a Mentor in the seat beside me.
