Publisher's summary

What do you do when the source of all your problems is the one thing you don't know how to fix?

With Don't Ask, Don't Tell nothing more than an unpleasant memory, US Army surgeon Sabine Fleischer is ready to move on with her life - if she can just figure out how to move past her PTSD. Fresh from her first deployment since surviving a vehicle attack in Afghanistan, Sabine is finding the things she's tried so hard to push aside aren't as easy to ignore as she'd hoped.

Sabine's girlfriend and ex-commanding officer Rebecca Keane is happily settled into her new job running a trauma department in a civilian hospital. Life with Sabine is everything Rebecca ever wanted. But when Sabine's PTSD reappears worse than before, she's left struggling with her own guilt.

There's no doubt that both Sabine and Rebecca want the same thing. But how do you help the most important person in your life when they don't want to need your help?

An emotional rollercoaster!

I loved this book! It was beautiful and painful and hopeful and ultimately inspiring. I started accidentally with the 3rd book and knew I had to know the story of Sabine and Rebecca. I'm so glad I did.

I’m not crying you’re crying!

This will have your allergies acting up really bad. LOVED IT! The miscommunication can be frustrating but that is what makes the resolve of Sabine and Bec so gratifying.

I love this.

EJ.
I don’t think there is a book of yours that I have read that either made me cry and laugh when joy.
So please keep on writing where I can put away my inner thoughts and upsets.
And enjoy every word and moment of your writing with happiness and joy.❤️🍷😉

Speechless . Yes it was that good.

Thank the narrator gods above for asking Abby Craden to read the continuation of this beautiful story. No one could’ve breathed life into these characters in the same way.
The emotional roller coaster ride EJ Noyes forces you through (because you just can’t stop and get off) is mind blowing.
It’s amazing how you literally feel the love, pain, joy, fear, encouragement, frustration , passion, acceptance and healing these two go through.
What service men and women along with their families go through is something we all need to be grateful for and at times show more compassion.
Thank you EJ for not only delivering another wonderful romance but also educating us along the way.

a great telling of an important factor of army life.i cried and loved it. The swapping POV helped tell the story in a way that shows the impacts of PTSD across relationships

Beautiful story

I love both Ask, Tell and this book. Very emotional and feels very real. I'm not a fan of the narrator, but as I like the story so much I still enjoyed both audiobooks.

Love this series!

I’ve been reading a few of Noyes books starting with Alone. They’re a fantastic read and divulge you into love, life complications and problematic solutions at times but the journeys are always sexy and relatable to me. Especially the PTSD segment. Great work!

Amazing follow up that captures PTSD

This story was absolutely amazing. Sabine’s struggles are so real and accurate it was easy to understand how PTSD can ruin a life. So glad that she had all her supporting family and friends to help her through the darkest times.

I love this book!!

I love this book, but you have to read Ask Tell first! This is such a well written book, the story is fantastic and the narration is as with Abby, always great!! I didn't enjoy the constant insertion of her political views,, but I enjoyed the story !
