Loved the duet narration

The highlight of this book was definitely the duet narration. Michelle sparks and Troy Duran did an absolutely amazing job telling the story.

The story itself really gripped me in the beginning, but it was just so long and dragged out in the middle that I was struggling to get through it. A lot of repetitive back and forth between the main characters The story did pick up towards the end which I enjoyed.

New to audiobooks, and this made me a believer!

This book is amazing! There is mystery suspense so much spice and Enzos Italian accent made everything perfect. I couldn’t stop talking about it while listening to it and trying to figure out what the ending would be was great I loved the amount of spice and the characters made me love them.

beautiful love story with twists and turns

loved it! I couldn't wait to listen to it everyday while working . This story captures your heart and mind through the broken and sad lives of the main characters. There are unexpected twists and turns along the way that keep you on the edge of your seat.

narration was spot on, really great story, definitely lighter than the authors other books, but was still great!

Not what I expected but OMG!!!

This book was not at all what I was expecting but was exactly what I needed right now! I loved it! It was very well written and the story was compelling, with some exciting twists. While I did see the major plot twist coming, it was still enjoyable.

And dear god, ENZO! 🥵🥵🥵🥵

The development of the relationship of the two MCs felt believable, the timing wasn’t too rushed and it moved from lust-filled to meaningful emotional connection with ease.

Michelle Sparks and Troy Duran really brought this book to life! Their performances were AMAZING!!!

So worth the wait!

I’ve read this book before and love it so I was a little nervous about the performers. But I never should have doubted. Troy Duran’s voice: *fans self*

Wow! Just wow!

This book is definitely unexpected. The narration of great. The story is wild. It’s been a while since I was obsessed with a book. It’s dark, twisted, exciting, sexy, a little scary, and just right! Wish I could continue living with these characters! Read it!

Dark romance bliss

If dark romance, morally grey characters (M and F), forced proximity is your thing, then this is it. I like the overall story, although some parts in the middle felt a little dragged on. The redemption arc of both MC tied up nicely in the end. Michelle’s performance was good, although there is a lot of breathiness in her narration. Troy was excellent as always- and speaking Italian. 🤌🏻🤌🏻 Plenty of spice, breath play and some intense scare/sex scenes.

Been a minute since a audiobook this good!!

I am hard to please, but the authors writing talent made this book so worth my credit ! It might not be the best plot I’ve ever read and the characters might not be my most favorite, but the narrators were amazing. There wasn’t one time I cringed at the dialogue or the writing, and that’s a first !! Plus I was thoroughly entertained the entire time 🤩
Spice wise I’d give it a 3.3 🌶️ (but I’m a little desensitized to spice from the other books I’ve read)
