Simple and Beneficial

everything, this man and information is changing my life and making it easy

Get busy living or get busy dying!

I listen to a good bit of podcasts and Audibles, but look forward to new episodes of The Ultimate Human! I listen in the gym and get motivated to take a cold bath even when I don’t want to.
