solid vinyasa flow
great warmup and cool down. traditional with a few variations thrown in. I come back to this practice a bunch.

Great for vacation
I’m on a cruise that doesn’t offer daily yoga. I downloaded this and went to the fitness center. It was vert similar to a Hatha class. Exited to see what others she has on Audible.
