curious about the mystery to the very end

I enjoyed it very much. I found the characters to be believable and interesting. the mystery had me engaged, and I didn't feel. yried by technical jargon that I terfered withthe flow of the story.

the story is mystery and suspense with lot of hidden plots give it chance it start slow. but it become to be a awesome story

For me Admiral was one of those books you're always excited to come back to. The story had enough going on that even until the end, and even after it, you were pulled to keep uncovering the story.

I doubt there will be a sequel but if there ever is I'd read the shit out of it.

Wow, I Didn't See that Coming.

This has to be one of the most original stories I've listened to in a while. The plot was well conceived and paced expertly. Even with the twists and turns.

The character development was excellent. You really feel like you get to know the Admiral and his trainees.

Jonathan McClain, the narrator was excellent. Adding to both the story and listening experience.

Admiral?

So this was actually the first time I listened to a book with no reviews (when I got it), it was pretty good overall. The narrator did a good job, it was also the first time I've heard him. I felt he fit this book well. When I first read the synopsis I thought this was going to be very similar to other stories- they wake up, they don't remember who they are, they have to survive. Pleasantly, I was surprised that wasn't the case. They wake up, they know who they are, not each other, and other things happen- sorry no spoilers. The writer did a good job keeping me entrenched in the story, not giving all answers until the final minutes of the book. This is well worth a credit and a very easy listen. No harsh language, so I'd say it's good for most ages f that is a concern.

Worth a credit

I enjoyed the narrator. I liked the suspicion throughout the book as well. I like to try to figure out the answer before it’s revealed. Couldn’t figure this one out. I was a bit confused at the end in terms of explaining who he really is, but that’s probably a ME problem. I’m always the one in complex movies to ask for explanations, like “why are they doing that or who is that?” This was nicely wrapped up in a single book, which is a nice palette cleanser in between series. I also tend to listen to a TON of RC Bray narrated books so it’s good to have a non Bray in between so I don’t get confused thinking the new characters sound just like the ones from my last book. While this was a self contained listen, it could be expanded into another book. If they do, I’ll surely listen.

Hidden gem

Surprisingly good listen. I will definitely keep an eye on this author. Keeps you pinned to your headphones.

Excellent find!

I found this book by accident and I'm glad I did.This was an interesting story more about being team players even though there was a healthy dose of unease flowing between the crew. The narrator was wonderful and kept you engaged.
A worthwhile listen and worth the credit

Satisfied

When i picked this book i did not expected much from it. I got pleasantly surprised, that the story was interesting and immersion. The only complain I can give is that the ending felt a bit forced.

loved the book

I enjoyed this book, want book 2 now but needs to be better. the different wadvyhe author drones on about the same subject is interesting.
