Touches deeply
This book is an insightful and highly impactful resource for women who have experienced the pain of growing up with a narcissistic mother. I didn’t expect to find echoes of my life in the book but the information is relatable and touched me deeply.
The 2-book bundle offers practical advice and strategies for healing from the effects of narcissistic abuse - setting boundaries, developing self-love, and preventing further toxicity. The author also evokes a deeper understanding of the dynamics between empaths and narcissists, which is incredibly helpful for women who have experienced this type of abuse. This book has helped me understand the conflicts my mother and I had. I find the book invaluable.

Take back your power
Although not the focus of these books, they are a big help in dealing with my marriage to someone who is very self-centered. They showed me how to spot and handle unfair treatment, and encouraged me to stand up for myself by setting clear personal limits. They made me see the importance of taking care of my own feelings and needs first. The books also reinforced the need to seek help and support from friends or groups, which has been a big part of my healing. The principles in these books are really valuable for anyone dealing with any ego-centric person, showing them how to find their strength and get back control over their life.

How To Deal With Toxic Relatives
This is a great audiobook because not only are the various techniques employed by manipulators outlined, but so are the psychological mechanisms that make individuals susceptible to such tactics. Afterward, you are taught how to protect yourself from those manipulative tactics. It is a great way to break generational curses because you should not have to deal with toxic relationships with your own mother.

2 in 1 to a path of happiness
It's interesting that for the longest time, we all have just dealt with the way we grew up and considered it normal. Not until recently when I start seeing more on social media about narcissism and started making connections to my childhood. Immediately chapter 1 reviews the impact of narcissistic abuse such as the various emotions and trauma that you carry around for so long. The first chapter immediately made me realize that my mother's behavior was not from me being a fiery teen but instead, it was her narcissistic behavior and that I could break the cycle of toxicity.
The first book focuses on your journey of healing and developing self-love. It has taught me about nurturing my self-love and why it is so important. The 2nd book focuses on your relationships, how to spot a toxic relationship, how to help yourself out of a toxic relationship, learning boundaries, cutting contact with those that bring you nothing but negativity and so much more.
This is a great 2 1 resource that goes hand in hand because first, understand what your past was like, and how you mend yourself, and then start to make sure that the other relationships in your life are healthy and good for you.
