I love this
Affirmations are wonderful, and this was an awesome collection to remind me of my own worth. This was a great way to self-reflect with the reminder of my own greatness. So unexpected and wonderful
I thought this was going to be a book listing affirmations and was pleasantly surprised to discover that it is so much more! An introduction starts off each chapter and then the affirmations begin over beautiful music. The reader’s voice is so soothing that I’ve been playing it every night when I go to sleep. While it’s helped me fall deeply asleep quickly, I trust that my unconscious mind is taking it all in. I’m so happy I discovered this book!
