Si eres corredor es para ti.
Una biografía muy agradable que nos cuenta cómo desde niño se desarrolló el amor por la montaña y el deporte, y sobre cómo se forjó en el atleta de elite que lo ha ganado todo en sus disciplinas. Habla de sus sentimientos y pensamientos mucho con los que cualquier deportista apasionado se identificaría. En lo personal disfrute mucho escucharlo mientras revisaba el IG de Kilian que tiene un contenido fotográfico de calidad épica.

Definitivamente para corredores
No sé si alguna persona que no haya comenzado en el Running podría realmente sentir la esencia de este libro, yo tengo apenas un año en esto del Running pero realmente llegas a sentir, a identificarte y en ocasiones hasta sentir modo en la garganta con cada una de las descripciones y experiencias, totalmente recomendado.
