Very clear information!

I was impressed with the detailed information and suggestions on how we can prepare for the afterlife experience. Expresses the importance of having a clear intention and plan worked out here and now in the body, to help ensure the quality and sovereignty of our future life.

Isabella's message is that the lovely/ angelic NDE's we hear about are part and parcel of a larger metaphysical super-structure (designed by beings who feed off our suffering) to OBSCURE OUR SOVEREIGNTY and keep us in an endless cycle of supposed self-improvement through physical rebirth.

For me this short, sweet message was brilliantly clarifying; I finally feel like I've been given the big picture.

My one complaint about this book is the absence of practical instruction for the night practice: Isabella said in a YouTube interview that her breath-work and meditation method are detailed in this book... but they really aren't. She simply suggests you find a teacher of "Kundalini Cobra Pranayam" breath practice (in the real world, or even online, and recommends Dr. Joe Dispenza). Beyond that she recommends doing said breath-work and meditation for 1 to 2 hours between 1 and 4 am.

I don't really understand her hesitation regarding this: She's been doing it, with transcendental success, for years -- and is now a healer. So why not lay out, in detail, the one practice that is at the heart of your teaching?

Regardless, I still gave this book 5 stars because her bottom-line message was so illuminating for me.

very succinct and direct information

a lot of so called spiritual or esoteric books waste your time. not this one. it gets down to brass tacs and gives you what you came for. my only wish is that the suggested breath work was gone over in the appendix. but plenty of sources off the breath work were relayed so it's a minor point. the synth voice works well. don't let that dissuade you the info is much worth it. good luck travelers.

The AI voice was actually ok, which it often is not. I speak a few foreign languages without a foreign accent. There is a downside to this ability which is that I have certain voices and accents I find unpleasant or even annoying. This voice was neither.
