Créeme - Pasé por la menopausia y nofue divertido. Con el paso de los años, mi salud se deterioró drásticamente. A medida que mis ovarios dejaron de producir hormonas vitales, cada uno de los sistemas de mi cuerpo se rebeló. Experimenté todos los síntomas de la menopausia - incluyendo la pérdida de deseo sexual, depresión, aumento de peso, cataratas, fracturas de huesos - todo lo que se te ocurra. Incluso me diagnosticaron una enfermedad cardíaca grave y un cáncer de la piel mortal. Por último, me desplomé por el agotamiento, incapaz de hacer casi nada por meses enteros. Me sentía sin esperanzas, enojada y confundida.
Afortunadamente, tuve una segunda oportunidad para llevar una vida sana.
Decidí que tenía que superar ese grave deterioro de salud por el que estaba pasando. Empecé a buscar respuestas.
En mi búsqueda de respuestas, descubrí que:
Mis hormonas eran la causa principal de mis problemas de salud.
Mis médicos sabían poco o nada sobre cómo ayudarme a sanar mis hormonas. Seguir sus consejos y tomar sus recetas tóxicas sólo me hubiera enfermado más.
La información que necesitaba para sanar mis hormonas y superar mis problemas de salud no estaba en los libros ni en la Internet.
En cambio, recurrí a los expertos. Comencé a estudiar intensamente por años con los expert.
