In "Women: Journey of Transformation", Rohr proposes that for most women, the spiritual journey comes from being placed in an inferior status. Women learn the language of descent early. Recommended for growth
This is a very helpful teaching on spiritual transformation and the journeys for both men and women with comparison and contrast. Rohr avoids over simplification by acknowledging the role of culture which impacts these journeys, both in terms of when and where live.
I highly recommend the pdf chart which helps aid understanding complex ideas.
