A bit questionable
I usually really like Dr. Blaylock’s books. This one was a miss for me. It’s hard to take nutritional advice seriously when he doesn’t differentiate between folate and folic acid (and actually recommends folic acid), especially when he does differentiate between different forms of other compounds. I also found the reader’s struggles with pronunciations to be distracting.
