One of the truly great metaphysical books for overall mental, physical and spiritual growth. Myriad self-improvement ideas are consistently presented. I have one of the original copies of this book and what a joy it is to listen over and over again, and/or simultaneously read and listen. The narrator greatly added to the repeated listening.

A few very good ideas and principles. plenty of repetition, very drawn out. Much more concise books out there with same or similar principles. Would benefit from modernization and extensive editing.
