Roosevelt's bank holiday explained
Narration: clear enough.
Content: Roosevelt explains clearly and simply why the banking holiday is necessary, thereby treating Americans with respect. He does not dumb down his explanations. His plan is tight and forthrightly presented.
How refreshing to listen to a speech made by a president who knows how to speak coherently.
