Must read for Smokers and non-smokers

As a non-smoker, I learned many helpful tips for exercise and nutrition that I hope to implement. A great book for a no-excuses way to lose weight after quitting smoking or non- smokers seeking to keep New Year's Resolutions or just lose weight and keep it off.

Huff and puff no more!

Reading endless charts is a no-no, I found that totally listener-unfriendly. Other than that, the book is full of sound advice and simple ideas that you can implement right away to kick off your life-long, smoke-free journey.

This book is a lifesaver for those seeking help with smoking and other unhealthy habits.

I really enjoyed this book and I highly recommend this book for anyone who smokes. I don’t smoke but I still wanted to use this book as a tool for helping my mother quit smoking. I personally know the author, Shawn Sales and consider him a great friend. He is dedicated to helping others, not only with quit smoking, but helping those with weight problems as well, due to an unhealthy diet. While this book covers ways to quit smoking, it also gives great tips on following eating healthy and living a good productive life overall.

Amazing!

I thought I had been on the right track already, but I discovered with Mr. Sales book exactly how to tweak my eating habits! And now I'm happy to report, wish I could post for everyone, but I've lost 26 lbs since changing my already healthy food choices to healthier ones that I didn't realize was wreaking havoc on my delicate digestive systems.

Stopping smoking is hard but doing so while keeping weight off seems like an impossible feat. Mr. Sales has managed to combine an effective approach to do both while only gaining positive results.

It is truly a few nutritional books that also make a narrative that allows you to relate to your own behaviors and symptoms, following the timeline of a smoker. Mr. Sales personalized this book with a narrative that allows us to follow a timeline and connect with him and also apply it to our own behaviors and symptoms.
It's not just another "self-help book."

This makes this book truly unique.

Well worth the read!! Also recommend to non smoker

This book is well worth the read!! I recommend it to smokers and non smokers alike! Written in an easy to follow, motivational and informative style - like talking to your family physician – it’s an easy listen!

It walks the reader through a step by step approach to stop smoking success! It leaves no stone unturned in equipping the smoker with proven strategies and tips to smoking cessation. What I love about this book is how the author expertly interweaves triple lifestyle changes: (1) quit smoking, (2) improving diet and; (3) regular exercise, giving the reader a road map to success and the confidence and self belief to undertake these lifestyle changes!

While I am a non smoker, I found this book very beneficial in giving me the motivation and tools I need to engage in healthy eating habits and regular exercise without significant changes to my daily routine! I was able to easily incorporate many of the recommendations in the book into my everyday habits within minutes! Shawn makes it easy to adopt healthier lifestyle choices by spurring us on to include small but meaningful changes day by day into our normal routine. His practical, studied, real-life approach requires minimal effort!

If are you ready to quit smoking and live a happier, healthier and more active lifestyle, this book is for you. If you are on the fence this book is for you!! It may well be the incentive you need to get off the fence and get started!!
