Not a Full Summary
I have been reading Julia Ross’s book “The Mood Cure” which is extremely comprehensive but difficult to get through and digest. I listened to this “summary” hoping that it would succinctly outline the amino acid strategies she suggests for each issue. Although it summarizes Ross’ overall ideas, it does not summarize her actual treatment suggestions. This is what I needed, and I am disappointed that Milkyway Media did not deliver.
