Not a fan of the sound effects.
The material itself has some pretty useful information, but I was not a fan of the sound effects and playful banter. I found it to be quite annoying and distracting, but I guess everyone is different.

Some good tips
I wasn’t excited about the way it was presented. Some things were repetitive or lingered to get to the point. It’s set up more like a podcast. So the style might appeal to someone else more than it did for me. However, I did enjoy some if the tips and activities they presented in this book/podcast 5 part series.

Eff off George!
Really enjoyed this. Actionable concepts that’s are simple to implement on paper but much harder in practice. But Clare emphasizes that throughout. It’s all about bite sized steps that eventually lead to overcoming your self doubt and managing those times you feel overwhelming anxiety.
