So good!!!
Another winner! This book had me hooked from The beginning and I hated having to sleep bc I couldnt put it down! The beginning starts off a bit confusing trying to understand so people are but stick with it because it's sooo worth it!

It is never what you think…
Great narration of an amazing story. Amazing world building and fleshed out flawed characters. And the plot twists keep coming. Just when I thought I had figured it out it was not what I thought!

Who is giving this book good reviews??
I wanted to love this book and had high hopes for it. While the author does a nice job of painting this small world for us, the logic in the last quarter of the novel is frustratingly flawed. It's as though Turton needed an ending and just randomly picked a murderer. Also, endlessly sending the characters back & forth across the island only served draw out the story unnecessarily; I blame the editor for not pointing this out.
