Gregorian & Austrian economics combined

I am interested in economics. I was wondering why Austrian economists were able to predict the 2008 recession. However the author Fred is the only person who predicted the 2008 real estate crash a decade before it happened. In 1998 he predicted the 2008 real estate crash.

He was able to predict it by combining Henry George & Mises together. This book covers that. It explains a lot of background as well.

If all you understand is Kensyan economics or Friedman. Give this a try. Should help you understand that the boom and bust cycle is abnormal. And also explain why everyone but Fred and a few others keep getting it right
