Scovel Shinn devoted her life to helping people recognize the link between their attitudes and their level of happiness. A relaxed state of expectancy, she taught, is the best mindset for bringing success into your life. Sometimes, intensity of desire can actually turn away any good fortune because it suggests faith only in yourself and not in the higher power which has created you.
Scovel Shinn describes prayer as telephoning to God, intuition, she says, is God telephoning you. She also says for example "Your big opportunity and big success usually slide in, when you least expect it. You have to let go long enough for the great law of attraction to operate. You never saw a worried and anxious magnet. It stands up straight and hasn't a care in the world, because it knows needles can't help jumping to it. The things we rightly desire come to pass when we have taken the clutch off".
We are so used to our daily life habits and patterns that we can find ourselves in ruts; we cease to be aware of the opportunities that arise through being fully present in the moment, and we stop expecting great things.

Fantastic Book to carry through life
I personally can relate to this book. It is such an inspiration and keeps me charged with positive energy. I have always listen to my rational mind to guide me through out my journey in life. However after listening to just the first chapter in the book I decided to take on a new methodology. That is to let the infinite spirit guide me. I am embarking on a huge project and I have said my affirmations every day. I keep them in mind, repeating them constantly. Not only do I repeat them but I practice perfect faith. I show active faith in knowing what i have asked for shall come to pass. Amazingly things are peacefully and surely just falling into place, all at the right time, in the right way, with the right people.
I would advice everyone to please read or listen to this book. Embody its works and perform its actions with perfect faith and you will see a change in your life. Within a week things started to change and swear it is due to the mental shift of my minds thoughts, my spoken word and deeds.
I now tell everyone I know about this book and recommend it to all my colleagues at work. Give the Infinite Intelligence a chance to guide you in one decision and I'm sure you will never turn from it again.
