Great guide for any young athlete!
This book is incredible! If you have ever been a coach or parent of a young athlete, you know how complex it can get. Risoluto digs deep into many of those facets to help. Being resilient is super important and a skill that doesn't seem to be taught anywhere anymore. This audio promotes not only resilience, but gives very practical tips on things like pre-game jitters and tips and tricks to stop them. My absolute favorite (since I am the Mom of two teens), is the chapter on time management. Juggling athletics and school and social lives is a chore, so its nice to have a non-Mom or Dad resource to help!
