Lots of recipes.

It's a great novel, I think. The best book I've read that simplifies and breaks things down. I enjoy how the author writes as if they are speaking to you directly as a friend. The initial meal plans aren't dull and the recipes are simple, so they won't be put on a shelf and forgotten about.

The book is simple to comprehend. An excellent road map to begin your adventure. Recipes are simple and practical.

Great for beginners

The lists of healthy foods can be used to plan meals for the week, whether or not they involve meal planning. The frittata recipe is my favorite.
