first audio I binged listen to

I always knew Sherlock had something wrong with him lol. to be honest I was never into Sherlock I tried and I just couldn't get into it however this reimagining of it hit the spot for me I was completely hooked. the story is great every episode kept me wanting more the voice actors were pretty on, the only thing that I could say is the entire show sounded like it was recorded in a room with no sound panels so everything was overly echoey that kind of deferred from the quality of the script but other than that it's great!

Refreshing, engaging, fun.

Good story with twists. Good performances. Good pacing. Relatable characters.

Solved the mystery about halfway through, but still fun to listen to.

This story is kinda like a mango flavored lollipop, the ones covered with chili powder…

As I listened to this Audible presentation, where the World of Sherlock Holmes as We Know It, was turned upside down, inside out, and right side in. Initially, it left a rather unpleasant taste with me. I was tempted to stop, but the dramatic storyline and intrigue kept me listening. There’s probably some kind of “blah blah bias” as some head doc would call it that was in play in the Mind of Shawshank, and I tried to be cognizant of that, but as my enjoyment of the story grew, not unlike those mango flavored lollipops with the spicy chili powder on the outside I stayed the course. One chapter after another. The voice actors were good, the plot got thicker, occasionally I had to reset my “blah blah bias” but I persevered and listened through thoroughly enjoying it. I did nail the Nightingale’s strategy early on, but other than that there were still many surprises. I’m hooked people. I am flat out hooked and after submitting my review, I will find the other Moriarty story and dive into it. Yep, just like those mango flavored lollipops, if you stick with it, you’ll find that it really is pretty damn good.

Long for no reason started to lose me.

It’s an interesting concept. I enjoyed the book and was invested for the first 3 chapters.
But sometime around then the mystery gets solved… BUT they keep going. At that point it just started getting more confusing to me and harder to follow cause i didn’t understand a point.

It’s free so sure it’s a fun read half way but then stop lol
