Licensing and Philanthropy

This episode talks about how to licensing to leverage other people’s known names and when you make it, don’t forget to give back! Great advice as always. Always learn from people who have done it!!!

Love how you explained licensing.
Interesting how you talked to each other and not over each other!

Building a sustainable business model.

I like what she said about giving back. I really believe in my heart that's the reason she has made her jewelry line the multi million dollar business it has become. She made it a point to give back to those who normally wouldn't be able to afford the luxury of a vacation. Business card Philanthropy is a sure way to keep your business viable.

The things nobody talks about …. Excellent!

The things you never knew you needed to know ! You never imagine the incredible amount of work that goes behind putting anything out there . Not knowing these things can be the difference between creating or delusionally projecting . Very informative

Kindred Spirits

For most of the last 15 years, I've been a HUGE DJ fan. I have a section on my book shelf with several of his books (next to mine, of course, since I've written 12 myself!), and feel like we are cut from the same cloth.

His new podcast is genius...it's a podcast, but is marketed as a "simple conversation on the phone with a friend" and it feels very different from anything else that is out there. That's what you call a difference-maker! My days are scheduled pretty tight, but once I listened to the AC BBQ episode, I rearranged by schedule and listened to another 6 episodes before I had to cook dinner!

Daymond's style is so chill and relaxed that at times you don't even realize that he is dishing out golden nuggets so effortlessly. His perspective on how to be intentional when it comes to creating your brand was a game changer for me, and I feel that he has remained completely grounded, even with his massive success.

The other part I appreciate about him is that he's all about creating his perfect lifestyle first, then he reverse-engineers to figure out what his business blueprint needs to look like...something I have been tring to perfect for the better part of the last 30 years! Thank you for passion! Mitche Graf
