Informative read

I have been looking to change my diet because the older I get the more I seem to have digestive problems. I feel my age, weight, stress and eating habits I have are not very healthy for me. So I am doing some research starting with this book. I always thought fasting was not good for you , but I learned it could be a tool towards a healthier lifestyle. The key is to do intermittent fasting , not just fast and not eat. When I learned how to do this properly it seemed easier than I thought. I stress and then I dont eat, so my body holds on to all its fat because it does know when its going to eat. Loved the stories about successes and the weekly meal planning after menopause. Lifesaver for those who are working. It was helpful to learning about ways to help menopause too. Great read.
