A Great Sequel To A Great Series

This chapter was full of tons of twists and references, harkening back to The Adventure of the Empty House, The Adventure of the Second Stain, and The Adventure of Charles Augustus Milverton. It's a shame that they couldn't get the original voice actor for Colonel Moran but all in all, a terrific story I look forward to seeing continue, hopefully all the way to His Last Bow. The storytelling was gripping with more twists than I could have expected. It was a great listen.

Like being teleported into a rich world of grit and color

This was just awesome. I intended to listen a few times on my way to work to spread it over a week or so but binged it in one sitting. It was just so good with thoughtful plot and layers of deceit and stunning sound design and voice performance. Dominic Monaghan is obviously an accomplished film actor but his role as Moriarty is just wow. It’s also a fun reimaginatiom to paint Sherlock Holmes as a little bit of a gritty, cocky, Brit, while the good professor sounds more like the queens English, but is a mastermind of the most prolific crime. They’re both bad guys and it’s SO great. Part III please.

The chokehold

I absolutely love this series. I love seeing things from Moriarty's view and seeing Sherlock in a whole different light. I mean, most renditions of him have definitely lead up to this version, and I love it. I can't wait until the next installment.

Outstanding

I secretly wish that this was not the end. From the first book to the second kept me captivated the entire time. The cast to storyline, everything was just outstanding, and amazing I was hooked. I hope there’s another book as the game still continuous. can’t give enough credit.

Very compelling

An interesting alternative take on the Sherlock Holmes mythos. Did not listen to the first one, but wish I had before listening to this one. However was not lost at all, they summed up the prior nicely.

Best full cast dramatization EVER!

The voice acting was the best that I have ever heard. Simply magnificent. The story line was fantastically ingenious. This full dramatization is without question the best that I have ever heard. It was a delight to listen to each day. The only problem with this was… we need MORE as soon as possible!

Clever and Engaging

This series continues to be impressive. The first series set up an interesting twist on a story we know well. This volume continues the trend with standout performances and intriguing story. Familiar characters and setting give way to a deft reading of past politics that rings all to true today. It all adds up to a fun and inventive story.
