I honestly never in 1 million years thought that this book would really truly set me free from my nicotine addiction! I truly would’ve paid hundreds for this because it is a miracle! analogies

what i liked most about this book were the analogies. they made perfect logical sense to me, which made it easier for my brain to translate the scenarios into vaping scenarios. i feel well-informed about WHY nicotine is such a dangerous drug, and why it’s taken me 6 years to quit for good. thanks to allen carr, i am now a happy nonvaper!

Everything about this audiobook is genuinely helpful. I recommend it 100%, I listen to it as needed, because I had to repeat and pause the audio and I found this more effective for me personally. It’s very easy.

The narrator has a lovely voice and accent which made listening enjoyable. This book was more of an experience and an extremely powerful tool. Please do this for yourself. Yes, it works!
