Great Way to Wind down the Day

Over the past few years I have been struggling with insomnia and anxiety and other sleep issues. I must say the narrator of this audiobook provides a soothing calming effect to put anyone at ease. The stories are interesting and unique to help anyone who needs to wind down and decompress. I particularly like the Chapter titled Dawn, which helped me relax and turn off my mind before I took a nap. Highly recommend this for everyone!

Perfect AudioBook to put you to Sleep

I found this audiobook so soothing to listen to. The narrator's tone of her voice was so serene and relaxing. It brought the stories to life but in a peaceful manner. Overall, I enjoyed the stories right before dozing off in the bliss of slumberland. Highly recommend this book if you want to get some quality Zzzzs.
