Non stop

The action started early in the story and went on throughout. Parts of the storyline aren't believable but it IS fiction!

Wonderful!

What a Wonderful Book! Excellent storyline and Really interesting, loveable characters. ( Also, no lurid sex scenes and no lectures on God not existing.) I thought I had it all figured out about one third of the way through, but boy was I wrong. I love Chad Zunker!

I liked it

I was sucked right in as the action happened immediately. It was easy to figure out part of the story but it was still gripping. I’m not a fan of Alex lying to his wife, I understand why he did it but I still wasn’t a fan of him doing that. I liked the flashback stories, it brought depth to the characters and their stories. The whole story is far fetched but I liked it!

Suspense! Adventure!

I loved this story! The author kept the story moving, and I was hanging on to every word. I just wanted to devour this book. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a story captivate me as this one did. The narration was excellent! I will look for more stories by this author and narrator. Definitely a keeper!

Only okay

Expected better because of the number of stars, but it was just ‘okay’. It was to predictable and felt like the narrator was telling a bedtime story to a child

Had to force it a bit

The narrator was a bit too much for me. He sounded like a drama queen. I also found some of the chapters very repetitive as if the writer had to get to a specific number of words but could not think of new material.

I liked the stiry

I liked this intriguing story. I like the slow progression, the human element and the possibility the story could have happened.

Narration was distracting

The narrator paused so much that the sentences failed to flow. This became a distraction as the book progressed.

PURE ENJOYMENT!!

I’ve listened to all of this author’s books.
Not a single one was less than 5 stars. I can’t
say that one was better than another. They are stories that make you feel good at the end. I was mad, sad, tense and a few other feelings throughout the novel but the ending sets it right.
I like finishing a book that didn’t make me comprise my morals to listen. But even if you aren’t offended by crude language and sex scenes, this book will appeal to you as well with no preaching .I highly recommend this book to all.
