Excellent read

Although I love Tim McGraw and that’s what got me reading, this is a great motivator and overall self improvement writing. Whether you need to lose weight, build muscle or clear your head, this book will help.

Simple and to the point.

The story amd content is good. It's simple and to the point. The narrator though is my least favorote narrator I've heard on any audio book. He was extremely difficult to listen to. I sped it up to 1.5 just to be able to listen to him. I wish Tim McGraw would have read the whole thing!

Excellent book to get you moving

I loved this book, particularly Tim's practical advice. Refreshing to have someone be logical and motivating about moving, fitness and general health without an ulterior motive of wanting to support their future income stream of fad diet or fitness programme.
Tim doesn't believe in a one-size-fits-all, and stresses that you know your body best, and if you don't gives you some tools to discover what works for you, and tells you what he has learnt in the last decade or so.
I also just loved that the book is peppered with stories of Faith, his girls, his band, his community, his thoughts, his values, and how they have helped him to reach and maintain his goals.
He motivated me to get out the door and walking, and I am most grateful.

Motivating

I’ve been on a health and spiritual journey for awhile now. This book just brought confirmation to everything I have been learning with an added boost of motivation and determination. I’ve added some of Tim’s workouts to my current routine and love that some of the recipes are just simple! Great read.. and marked up to reference back to help me stay focus!

Good - Down to Earth Health Approach

I very much enjoyed the book. Tim McGraw did a masterful job of presenting basic fitness concepts, exercise theory and what works for him (with enough Science to validate concepts) and kept it very interesting. Most of us do not have the resources Mr. McGraw does, but that was the underlying point. We can all find something here for us on our health and fitness journey. I have already recommended to several others. Reinforcing information in the book are already helping me. I plan to buy the book to use as a guide.
