Please get a different narrator!!
The information in this audiobook is very valuable. However, it IS NOT a guided meditation. It tells you the techniques that you are to go and practice.
The narrator is absolutely awful. Please listen to a sound bite before you buy. You may find him as distractingly irritating as I did. He also mispronounces the Chinese names.
