Grandma was right. You've got to get the weeds by the roots, or they'll just grow back. So too with deep-rooted anger. Moralistic efforts to be patient with your coworkers won't cut it. Regret-riddled resolutions to stop yelling at your kids won't last. You must rip out those angry roots.

The narration was good and the information was very good. This would be a good group study. My opinion is the book was a little longer than needed. More of a counseling book than evangelism I felt.

Awesome book
This book just could not be better. I learned so much. The narrator was especially good for this book. I enjoyed listening to him. For anyone who wants to learn better communication skills and to understand people more I highly recommend this book by Paul trip.
