A bit of everything

Great for first time dads who know very little.

Would be great to go more into depth about ones mindset, the needs of our partners, and detailed preparations (eg a PDF with checklists for every month).

Overall good, but not enough new insights for me.

Good listen

When I first purchased I did not find the narrators voice catchy but after about 5 minutes I was hooked and surprisingly really enjoyed the listen and appreciated all the advice.

BEST BOOK, TO WIN THE DAD GAME!

This book has humorous moments, but it also contains serious information that will be helpful to both parents-to-be and those who have just given birth. The information about how crucial it is to assist your partner in the beginning is especially valuable. In comparison to other books, this important counsel is not given with the same level of sensitivity in this one.

Additionally carefully conveyed in straightforward, practical language are the practical skills that dad has to master. Particularly motivating is the persistent exhortation to fortify ties, demonstrate empathy, and work as a team. The inclusion of postpartum depression in this audiobook was nice, and it was quite intriguing.

The narrator played a very significant role by highlighting all the important points.

Saves loads of energy and time for the new dads!

This has been an engaging and enjoyable audiobook, to listen to with my partner, some facts made us laugh because we could recognize some experiences we've been through together. Pregnancy is for sure challenging, and it can bring so much anxiety, not just for dads, From this book, as a father, I super recommend it. Excellent tips, and saves loads of energy and time for the new daddies!

All new dads should read this , it is packed with a lot of advice. Found the budgeting section super handy

What Goes On For Dad During Pregnancy

I like that this book is written by a new dad himself. When mom gets pregnant, all the focus is on her and the health of the fetus, and we don't really consider that the soon-to-be dad has much to deal with during this time. Simple things such as learning what's included in the baby's APGRM score for example. The new dad brings you through what to expect and how to deal with everything from conception through birth. Narration is easy to listen to as well and the author's sense of humor makes this audiobook more enjoyable than just the facts.
