Rhythms of Renewal is your guide to daily rescue and a way forward into the peace your soul longs for. Over 100,000 copies sold! As a society, we are in the throes of a collective panic attack. Anxiety and loneliness are on the rise, with 77% of our population experiencing physical symptoms of stress on a regular basis. We feel pressure chasing careers, security, and keeping up. We worry about health, politics, and many other complexities we can't control. Eventually, we find our minds spinning, trying to cope or manage a low hum of anxiety, unlike ever before. But it doesn't have to stay this way. Rebekah draws from her own battle with depression and anxiety and shares a pathway to establish four life-giving rhythms that quiet inner chaos and make room for a flourishing life. By taking time to rest, restore, connect, and create, you will discover how to:
- Take charge of your emotional health and inspire your loved ones to do the same
- Overcome anxiety by establishing daily habits that keep you mentally and physically strong
- Find joy through restored relationships in your family and community
- Walk in confidence with the unique gifts you have to offer the world

Life is hard for all kinds of reasons. It's tempting to try to move past the pain as quickly as possible. Instead, what if we embraced our struggles to develop the strength of resilience not dependent on circumstances? Writing as a friend who has also walked through difficult times, Rebekah Lyons—the bestselling author of Rhythms of Renewal and the popular host of the Rhythms for Life podcast—reminds us of adversity that always comes with a choice: will discouragement, stress, and fear cause you to crumble, or will you embrace the strength you've already been given?

Have you ever woken up and just not felt right? Not ill, just off? As if you've lost something, some sparkle, or something tangible you simply can't find? We all have. No one is immune from the hardline impacts of stress, fear, anxiety, and depression. Each of us just experiences them at different depths and handles them in different ways. But we are not powerless. Scripture did not ignore the mental consequences of sin. Jesus did not ignore the traps and obstacles our minds encounter as we battle in a fallen world.

"Who am I becoming?" That was the question nagging pastor and author John Mark Comer. Outwardly, he appeared successful. But inwardly, things weren’t pretty. So, he turned to a trusted mentor for guidance and heard these words: "Ruthlessly eliminate hurry from your life. Hurry is the great enemy of the spiritual life." It wasn’t the response he expected, but it was - and continues to be - the answer he needs. Within this audiobook, you’ll find a fascinating road map to staying emotionally healthy and spiritually alive in the chaos of the modern world.

Shame hides in plain sight and can hold us back in ways we do not realize. But Christine Caine wants listeners to know something: We can all be free.

We are all spread too thin, taking on more than we can handle, trying to do so much - almost as if we are afraid that if we were to take a moment of rest, we might discover that all our busyness is covering up an essential lack in our lives. But God never meant for us to be so busy. God desires for us peace.

Dondi Dahlin shows us that we are all born with individual rhythms that go beyond the influence of our genes and upbringing. The five elements originated in ancient Chinese medicine over 2,000 years ago - when scholars theorized that the universe is composed of five forces: water, wood, fire, earth, and metal. Understanding these elements helps us stay in balance physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.

What if Jesus came not to help people escape the world but instead to restore it? Have you ever woken up and just not felt right? Not ill, just off? As if you've lost something, some sparkle, or something tangible you simply can't find? We all have. No one is immune from the hardline impacts of stress, fear, anxiety, and depression. Each of us just experiences them at different depths and handles them in different ways. But we are not powerless. Scripture did not ignore the mental consequences of sin. Jesus did not ignore the traps and obstacles our minds encounter as we battle in a fallen world.

This revolutionary book about our future is based on the simple idea that, according to the Bible, heaven is not our eternal home - the New Earth is. As Jesus says in the Gospel of Matthew, the next chapter of our story begins with "the renewal of all things", by which he means the Earth we love in all its beauty, our own selves, and the things that make for a rich life: music, art, food, laughter, and all that we hold dear. Everything shall be renewed "when the world is made new".

Few, if any, historians have brought such insight, wisdom, and empathy to public discourse as Jill Lepore. Arriving at The New Yorker in 2005, Lepore, with her panoptical range and razor-sharp style, brought a transporting freshness and a literary vivacity to everything from profiles of long-dead writers to urgent constitutional analysis to an unsparing scrutiny of the woeful affairs of the nation itself. The astonishing essays collected in The Deadline offer a prismatic portrait of Americans’ techno-utopianism, frantic fractiousness, and unprecedented—but armed—aimlessness.

Just what I needed!
Amazing, it’s like talking with a best friend. We always put ourselves last. We can refuel and serve others when we are running on empty. I can relate to her and How she feels and how she copes. I think so many people have waited for something like this to help work through the feelings and emotions. There is guilt attached to feeling to much or worrying to much, Rebekah explains it so that I feel less ashamed. Thank you

The most refreshing light for my soul
This book is honest, practical and beautiful. I’m giving it to beloved ones this year to pour in hope and life into their lives. Buy it. Be blessed. Live it. I am better for it.

Hearing the words
Hearing the words isn't literal. It isn't listening to what Rebekah is saying. It is more about hearing God speak through these words. On many occasions I felt like Rebekah had written the book just for me. The content is rich and powerful. It makes you stop and think about your daily life and where you put your focus and where you should be putting it.

I enjoyed it
As a man in his late 20's, I enjoyed the book. Put good in and get good out. This is nothing but "good" :).
Little girly for me, but nice being read to by a woman that loves Jesus. Thanks for sharing your story with me. All the best

Life changing
Within the first three paragraphs, this book had me pegged.
The real life examples of the author assured me that I was not alone and if these principles could work for her, they could work for me. If she could overcome and so could I. Thank you for putting your heart and soul and life on these pages.
If you are struggling with anxiety, panic, and an over whelming life and feel that you are doing many things but none of them well., This is the book for you. It was for me. Thank you

Heartfelt, moving and practical.
I loved this read and will go back to it often to listen when I need to recalibrate my life. Rebekah Lyons did such an amazing job sharing her story and weaving practical rhythms we can easily implement into our lives to cause small shifts which will make a huge impact in trajectory over time.
