a tearjerker

this book was awesome I don't usually do reviews I have read many of your books and this is probably one of the few if not the only book of yours that I have ever did a review on but this book was great I cried I laughed it was just an awesome book I got mad I got hurt it was awesome it was just so true to life and so wonderful and it is the way that the world is and it is the way that cancer is thank you for this book ... you're a fan forever

Powerful and real.... a true to life novel

This book looked like it would be a romance based in the cover however, it was nothing like you'd expect. There are some powerful and hot romance scenes but the overall gist is much better. This book brought me to tears... in the best way possible!!!

Amazing

Exceptional heart felt story.
I loved this story. It was an emotional rollercoaster ride. Bruno is a very complicated man. Callie is a very stubborn woman. Who thinks she doesn't need anyone. So glad Bruno showed her what she needed. Read this in a day. Could not put this book down. Had to know what happened. This is my favorite Chelle Bliss book so far. A must read. Loved the narrators.

good book, narration

I got this book because I follow Lance Greenfield . I've read a few books by Chelle Bliss and liked them. First I should say that Lance only narrates the prologue and epilogue. Erin Mallon does a great job in between. (I was a little disappointed) The story is quite heavy in the beginning. Many, many chapters are sad and a little depressing. It does pick up and finishes with an HEA. Warning....if someone you like love was diagnosed or passed from cancer, this might be a hard read. it was for me. Over all, I enjoyed it. Would recommend.

Good story

I liked the story. The romance level is adult. The plot is very simple, a health young woman experiencing a medical issue and a dark hero who wasn’t to care for him. The story is mostly about their relationship, it has a back plot of the mysterious hero and what he does... is he a criminal? If so, what type? What does he do when he disappears? It’s almost got a beauty and the beast feel. I held back one star because it’s very simple and predictable, but narration was good, story held my interest and romance was hot yet respectful.

this story is just as heart breaking as it it beautiful. you can feel the pain they do.

I absolutely love this story

I love absolutely love how this story is so different and yet so real. It still has the sexy stuff we love but it's not one of the main focal points. This story let's you see behind the struggle and how some of thw people feel. It yanks at your heart and makes you just feel, all the good and the bad, makes you want to laugh and cry.
I will definitely have to say this is my favorite book of all time now. It hits you in the most real way a book can.
