Ezekiel Robison's narration is consistently terrific. He offers new character voices for each new story, not just reusing the same old, same old. He also keeps track of the character voices from previous stories and when those characters show up, he uses the right voices.

It’s such a treat to listen to Robison!

Robison brings such depth to the characters, he highlights Spencer’s vulnerability and Emilio’s protective instincts, he makes their insta-love believable, and he absolutely sets the audio on fire with the hot sex scenes.

That shower scene alone is worth the price of the audio book. For reals.

I ADORE this story and cannot help but fangirl and squee all over this!

Bottom Line: This is super sweet, charming, gloriously hot and sexy and fabulously entertaining. Add the fabulous narration and it’s a WINNER!

I find Ezekiel Robison's narration and creating the minor characters but especially Emilio to be wonderful.


My only issue is with how he performs Spencer. He tries to make Spencer to be the stilted, nervous and insecure character as he is in the book. The narrator attempts these characteristics in the following way: he reads Spencer's lines by lowering his voice within his throat. It simply sounds unnatural and unappealing. The intent is there but the result comes off as false and off-putting.

But, I am still glad I purchased the recording.

Quite an entertaining story

This was sweet although a bit too fast where the moving in together and I love you's is concerned. Besides that, I truly liked the characters including all the hermanos. Good narration by Mr Robison as well.

Spencer and Emilio

I absolutely loved Spencer and Emilio. Spencer has wounds he's been carrying. He doesn't see his own value but Emilio sure does. He sees the damage and makes a safe place for Spencer to share those burdens. Seeing Spencer blossom under Emilio's love and adoration gives him the strength to not only face his past but to deal with an abusive ex. Emilio and his family open their hearts and home to Spencer giving him the love of a family he obviously needs. The ending made me smile for hours afterward.
