Beginner Course
If you're a total beginner, this is a good book. I've only got about 4 years of teaching experience, and this book gave me 2 good ideas out of 45.

inspiring
It is a powerful, resourceful and inspiring book! I wish it had more tips for cluster teachets at elementary schools. I find it to be more focused on classroom teachers of upper grades. Nevertheless it is a must read for anyone who struggles with classroom management.

Optimize Your Classroom
I have read lots of articles and books on classroom management and teaching styles but this book is both interactive and practical. I like the way the author gives step solutions for various issues in the classroom. Personally I plan to implement these ideas in my classroom to help create a place that is just right for learning.

Gives me Hope
Without condemnation Linsin states that the behavior of a class is the consequence of bad classroom management. I clearly see where and what happened in my own class. Thankfully he explains how to turn bad into good. Woohoo!
