Worth a listen
I liked the anecdotal stories but I wasn’t crazy about the Tarantino-esque style in which the author moved from one story to another and then returned later. At times it seemed difficult to follow. Overall though I enjoyed the book and feel like I took away some good insights. The chapter on education reform was particularly compelling to me. I was hoping for more practical applications for unlocking potential in oneself, and to be fair there were some, but a good portion of the book was focused on systems that unlock potential for others.
