Good stuff but broad

For a book called Endless Energy the narrator was very monotone. There is some good info in here, but it's mostly general. There are some more indepth topics, but the surface is barely scratched on those.

Concise Coverage

As someone always looking to improve, the author presented me with plenty of opportunities to apply in my daily life. Fitness, diet and concepts on motivations were great but I was most sad about the coffee chapter. However, looking at it all together it made sense and I plan on implementing several of the proposed changes.

Comprehensive and motivating

This covered so many facets of what it really takes to gain and maintain the energy you need for every aspect of life, and to understand what it takes to be more productive with work, school, family, etc. This book has motivated me to the point that I’ll be listening to it over and over again as a reminder of the importance of paying attention to all the things that can help or hinder energy and productivity.

Very thorough well written

This book not only goes over the basic diet and sleep improvements you can implement but also mental health and burnout along with chronic stress which was very helpful.
