Cozy fall Hallmark movie vibes...

Duo POV, Sweet & Swoony Romance, Forced Proximity, Insta Love, Small Town Romance, Based in New Hampshire, Found Family, Gilmore Girl Vibes, Fall Festivals & Puppies, and Ex-Marine Cinnamon Roll Hero...Beth is a struggling romance author who’s been trying to find her place in the world after the unbearable tragedy of losing her family. Unable to find peace other than in her writing, she ends up stranded by the side of the road in Freedom Valley, New Hampshire, where a strikingly hot, green-eyed, bearded flannel-wearing innkeeper rescues her.

Evan, a former marine who took over his family’s inn after the sudden loss of his father, is struggling to keep afloat.

Running out of money, Beth agrees to help Evan run the inn in exchange for room and board, but she has no intention of staying too long and letting her guard down or anyone into her heart.

But there’s something about Beth that makes Evan believe he can be the man to give her the love that she deserves.

The more emotional walls Beth tries to put up, the harder Evan works to tear them down, using everything he can, including a pair of puppies he finds abandoned by the side of the road, to make her want to stay.

Will Evan be able to convince Beth to take a second chance at love?

*Falling Inn Love is a complete stand-alone and can be read without reading any of the other books, but if you prefer to read in order, start with Falling Inn Love as the characters and families are connected.*

BEAUTIFUL STORY!!

BEAUTIFUL STORY!! This was my first Erin Branscomb's book, and definitely won't be my last. Beth and Evan's story is so beautiful! Beth is so strong. Her past is emotionally heart-wrenching. My heart broke for her. Evan, a former marine, is such a great man, handsome, caring, and supportive. I liked his determination. They are very perfect together. The supporting characters are amazing, and they have an important part in the story. I liked the family bond, and the friendship in the story. The storyline is filled with heartbreaking drama, and secrets. The ending is heartwarming. Outstanding narration from Kitt Swann, and Ryan Hudson. They are perfect as Beth and Evan, and they brilliantly deliver this emotional story to life. This is an excellent small town romance, and second chance at love/life. If you are in the mood for a sweet and very emotional romance, this one is for you. You're going to need some tissues while listening to this audiobook. I HIGHLY recommend it. #HomeCookedBooks

Lots of enjoyment in this one!

I enjoyed a lot with this story. The storyline, the characters and just even the wording is al sooo good! The story is wonderful! I loved the idea of it and their meet-cute…so perfect! I loved what she said to him when he stopped! That really made me chuckle! The characters are sweet and full of insecurities that they need to figure out how to work through. I liked getting to know them and their quirks. There are a lot of nice secondary characters as well. I did make a note to myself as well about the lovely wording. The story flows very well and the writing is smooth and well done

I did listen to this on audio. Ryan Hudson and Kit Swann did an amazingly delightful job narrating! I could easily listen to these two all day long. I particularly loved all the voice inflictions they used to make me believe they were actually the characters they were reading.

Don’t let the cover fool you

Yes, this book is as cute and sweet as its cover but it goes so much deeper than that. There are difficult, human issues that are so beautifully handled in this book. From dedication to epilogue, Erin Branscom’s raw talent for pulling at your heartstrings is hard to ignore.

Just One More Chapter

Audiobook Review: Narrated by Kit Swann and Ryan Hudson
This is the sweetest book I’ve listened to in a long, long time. The dedication is heart wrenching.
So much pain from the very beginning. Our author has a way of making you feel every single heart wrenching moment to the very last chapter. Every tear shed can be felt. Beth and Evans story is so beautiful. A beautiful reminder that there does come a time when it’s okay to move on and live again. There are so many issues covered in this story and the author keeps us hooked to the very last word waiting to see how they’ll be dealt with. I hope everyone listens to this book! It was such a help and inspiration to me. Narrators are phenomenal! Both are new to me and I can not wait to listen to more of them! Looking forward to more of this series!

Was okay

I felt like the sad part dragged a bit. I would have appreciated the happy ending more if there weren’t 15 chapters of this girl being sad. I don’t want to be insensitive, because grief is a big deal, but I wanted the happy ending sooner. I like the idea of it and I definitely felt the heartache but I caught myself just being way too sad for way too long and I didn’t like that feeling. Still a pretty good book, but I’m not gonna recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful story and amazing narration

This was a beautiful story filled with fear, new beginnings, letting go and trusting others. Kit Swann and Ryan Hudson do a phenomenal job with the narration - their emotion and personality they give to each of the characters is beautiful. Kit had me in tears at one part during the book - her portray of Beth’s pain was amazing. Beth’s trying to get a fresh start and escape some of the pain she’s been carrying around. Just so happens she ends up stuck right where she’s supposed to be. Evan is a saint - so patient, a giver and takes care of those around him; I believe much do that is from him being a former marine. The side characters also make this story so warm and wonderful. My son lost his young baseball coach due to a drunk driver several years ago. Such a careless act that impacts so many families.

Wonderful Story & Narration🎧 Charming & Heartfelt!

This is my first book written by Erin Brancom and I am asking myself, how is that so? I loved everything about it, from her wonderful writing style to the fabulous characters and storylines she created to the perfectly cast narrators who bring it all to life from the pages to your ears. The characters are realistic, easy to relate to and connect with, they are easy to care about and root for too. I adored the two lead characters, Beth and Evan, and the secondary characters are just as amazing. Beth has not had the easiest of lives and has suffered her share of loss, which has left her broken. She is a struggling writer who has been living a nomadic life traveling the US, working odd jobs to help make ends meet. She has a couple of good friends that she keeps in touch with, but other than that, she does not allow anyone else to get closer to her and the reason she does not stay in one place very long. When her car breaks down in Freedom Valley, New Hampshire, she is reluctant to accept the help of a stranger but she is stuck and takes a chance. Since he knows the owner and that there is a vacancy, he brings her back to The Golden Gable Inn and tells her they are looking for help. Turns out it is his family’s Inn and he is running it and trying to bring it back to its glory while his dad was alive and running it. Beth is happy to take a job while she waits for her car to get fixed and she likes it there and the people she meets, including Evan, but she would not admit that, not even to herself. Evan is the type of guy who likes to help people, he was a medic in the military and has some insecurities with running the inn and dealing with people, he does not think he is up for the job but Beth can see otherwise. There is some great chemistry between Beth and Evan, I thought they were great together and for each other. She is great for the Inn too, giving them ideas on how to run it more smoothly and improve business. She only plans on staying 60 days, but Evan is determined to make her fall in love with not only the Inn but him as well. I loved how everything played out in this book, it is a charming and beautifully plotted story with the perfect balance of drama, heartfelt emotions and a slow burn romance. The story tugs on your heartstrings, some teary moments and ones that will make you smile. I loved how the author kept it all real with actual life situations, was glad the characters learned to let go, live again and love again. Erin Brancom, thank you for this lovely story, a heartwarming and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 And for the fabulous narration, Kit Swann and Ryan Hudson are talented narrators and versatile voice artists. They had a complete understanding of the characters they were portraying, giving each a voice that fit that character’s persona and were believable in every role they played. Kit Swann was amazing as Beth, she grasped every side her personality, her strength and insecurities, and Ryan Hudson did the same for Evan. Both were fabulous performing the roles of the secondary characters as well. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance. These entertaining storytellers are a pleasure to listen to and their narration enhances this wonderful story to another level. Thank you for this fantastic listen.

Angst

A bit too angsty for me. Definitely touches on some issues that will be sensitive for some people. That’s ok. The content and reading style were just a bit to repetitive in angst land for me.

A romance for the Heart

Falling Inn Love is a small town Romance about a woman who thinks she can out run the pain of a tragic past if she just keeps moving. when her car breaks down She finds herself stranded on the side of the road in a small town in New Hampshire. Evan a local innkeeper happens upon her and offers to help. Giving her room and board while her car is in the shop for repairs in exchange for some help around the Inn. The longer Beth stays the more at home she feels but she’s not ready to stop running and Evan is unsure how to convince her she belongs right by his side but he sure as hell is going to try…

This was such a beautiful story about opening your heart to love and be loved again. Beth truly suffered a tragic loss my heart broke for her so many times throughout this story. I think Erin Branscom did a wonderful job writing this character that is so full of grief that avoidance just becomes her way of life. Evan was a dream, they both felt something between them and as much as he wanted to break down Beth’s walls he was patient and understanding exactly what she needed. Each character in this book lends to the overall feeling of love, acceptance and family.

I think Kit Swann and Ryan Hudson did a simply wonderful job narrating. They took a already heartfelt story and brought all those emotions to life in a way that will just have you hanging on every word and going through all those feels.

This was beautifully written and Heartwarming and I’m anxious to listen to the next books in the series. There is not a lot of steam in this book but if you like a character driven romance that will touch your heart you will love this one
